I have rooted sucellfully I just need to know how to save my factory settings before I install a rom onto my phone anyone got info for me on this.

Install rom manager then open flash recovery then go down to backup phone then it will reboot and do a backup.

My phone is now bricked I dont know what happend but I have tried all of the unbrick steps and I keep getting fail messages

EDIT: You using windows xp or windows 7? Also make sure to install motorola drivers

I was on 7 now im on vista my desktop.

Use xp if possible. I heard issues getting it to work on windows 7. Not sure about vista
