Help!! tried unrooting phone and now stuck at motorola logo

I've got the sbf and the rsd lite downloaded, but I'm pretty sure it's what I'm doing with the zip file that's doing this wrong. I'm using Zip reader and I double click the file and it opens it, but then what do I do? I've got the phone hooked up to the computer and rsd lite recognizes it but I can't find the zip file I just downloaded. I can find it but it won't upload. Help.

you need to extract the .sbf file man. Use winrar or .7zip. Download the .sbf from a trusted source (see my signature), right click the file, choose "extract here". Then open rsd_lite and open the extracted .sbf
