Can't get the sbf file to load in RSD lite

I'm using zip reader to extract the sbf file and rsd lite will not open the file. It finds my phone just fine but I can't get it to open and copy to the other field in rsd. I'm probably doing something wrong with the zip file as I'm no genius when it comes to zip files. Please help I'd rather not have to make an insurance claim for my phone.

I'm using windows vista, and I have the 32 bit version as well. the drivers say it's 4.6 if that helps at all.

Try redownloading the file. It won't open it if it's corrupt. Redownload, right click the .zip, select extract here. Use winrar or .7zip
