Help Root?

Help please, I have unlocked and installes Amon RA, fastboot went to development and installes SU Superuser. went to play store and updated Superuser. Still have no root? what did I do wrong? can I install a rooted rom and get root that way since I am unlocked? Or how do I get root?

This is a link to supersu... For some reason flashing superuser in development doesn't work anymore. Forget why. Flash this in amon recovery.
