Help. Phone won't turn on after I flashed custom rom

I flashed RGUI MIUI V11 for my phone and when I clicked reboot system now in clockworkmod it never turned back on and it wont turn on. It won't even go into recovery mode. My battery was full right before I flashed. Could I have bricked my phone? If so hwo do i unbrick it?
