I have killed my Liquid Gallant E350 (not duo).
Whenever I boot my device, I get to see the Acer start screen and that's where it stays. Nothing happens.
When I boot my device with the volume button pressed, I get to see the menu of CWM based recovery v6.0.1.5.
Immediately it gives errors:
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log

If I try to wipe the cache partition I get:
--Wiping cache...
Formatting /cache...
E:format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/mmcblk0p2
Cache wipe complete.
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log

Is there a standard ROM that I can download and install?

I have also used adb and I have uploaded some ROM (I think this was a ROM for the Acer Liquid Gallant Duo).
It did not help.
And I cannot find a ROM that I know will work for my phone.
Basically I want my phone to boot again and I have no clue what I need to do.

Can you (or someone else) please help?
Many thanks!

I finally found a solution.
I have downloaded the zip file that starts with EUU from:
Vache-Android.com FTP Browser

It contains the default ROM and an ACER tool that will install the phone to the "latest" version.
Used it and it boots again.
Hurray!!
