Every time I try to download or update any kind of app on my phone it says error downloading "null" (906) please someone tell me what to do. I have tried clearing data &&cache in the play store. I have also tried doing the mobile data thingy. Please help me. Oh yea I have a LG Venus.

Try rebooting your phone after you clear data and cache for the Play Store.
