Help me Obi-Wan Kanobi... you're my only hope!

Hi everyone,

I'm charles and I have a brand new Samsung Fascinate that is being sent to me as a replacement phone from Verizon. I am hearing that there is no current upgrade path other than rooting the newest os to it. Who has experience doing this and if I do this will the phone operate well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the community. The Fascinate is a very solid device and once rooted you can customize it however you would like. Be sure to check out the thread below on rooting the phone.
