Help!!! Frustrating screen problem.

Love the s3 so much but about a week ago started having this annoying problem. The screen sometimes and sometimes often rotates for a split second, and sometimes flashes black for a split second. It's so annoying it pauses video if I'm watching. Or if I'm writing a text will close the keypad. Have tried to calibrate the gyroscope and tried a battery pull several times. This is getting so frustrating . Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

I have the phone hang and go to sleep when reading internet. Has ed to do battery pull

Battery pull is no gd. Anyone else experienced this?
