Help: Firmware upgrade encountered an issue!

So I have a Skyrocket and tried to upload to the leaked ICS following these directions

(How to upgrade Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-I727 to leaked Ice Cream Sandwich ICS 4.0.3 I727UCALC4 | Android Addicted)

It had a oneclick odin and my phone was recognized, added by odin, I clicked start, it went through and passed but when I rebooted now all I get is

"Firmware upgrade encoutnred an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again."

What went wrong? What can I do from here?

fixed it:

apparently my download cut off on the fw and wasnt installing the full thing

Yeah, I had the same problem, and now I'm bricked...how did you solve yours? It won't even connect to Kies...but can connect to Odin, apparently
