Help, droid x acting really weird

I had the apex rom for a while, desided to switch to Tranquility 3.6.0

Wiped my data and installed Tranquility, didnt like it at all and desided to go back to normal stock

flashed to 2.3.340 and when it restarts the Tranquility boot logo and boot everything is still there, and some of the Tranquility tool box is still there.

it also restarts at times to.

can anyone help?

tranquility probably put some stuff in your /system dir.

to get rid of your moto m, see my signature, there's an update.zip file, as for the toolbox, delete it from /system/app with a root file explorer.
