Help! Can't turn off Twitter notifications!

I got my Droid 4 a couple months ago. Two days ago, I hit "turn on notifications" on my phone for one person I'm following on Twitter and now I'm getting a single notification for EVERYONE I'm following! I canNOT find a way to turn them off! I went back to that one person's Twitter page and there's only an option to "turn on notifications". This is driving me bonkers!

Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it if that doesn't work see if you can uninstall the app and upload another twitter client and see if it still does it. Let me know how it goes!

go into settings\apps find twitter and clear cache and data... if this dosent work go into settings/accounts & sync and disable twitter sync
