I've rooted my DROID 4 for the free hotspots but would like to know in plain English what else I can do with my phone. I know I gonna catch some flack for being a newbie, that's OK I'm 41 I'd like to be conisered a newbie at something. What is a rom? And if my phone is so wonderfully powerfully now why is it a little waggish?
