Headphones with voice

Has anyone had any problems with the beats headphones? I hear great but the voice doesn't work. Anyone know of a fix to this?

Yes, it is voice control so i can talk on the phone while using the ear buds. They are the Powerbeats by dre. You are supposed to be able to change the songs too. I'd appreciate any help I can get
