HDMI cable hooked up to tv and usb causing phone to crash and reboot itself

Love the phone. Just had it for a week. Upgraded to Jelly Bean right away. No problems until I hooked up the HDMI cable and USB at the same time. Now crashes and reboots itself while watching Youtube videos, intermittently. Also, then has trouble reconnecting to the tv. Is this a known issue? RAZR MAXX HD.

Problems seemed to disappear after rebooting router. It was using wifi, and was losing the signal and trying to switch to 4g and back when the signal would return. Seems to work fine now.

Hi i have Razr Maxx Hd and i am having the same problem , it reboots the phone when youtube app is on ,so i was about to go back to store and get a replacement but now i see that i am not the only one with that problem. Can you please let me know if you come out with a solution . Thank You
