Haywire droid 2G- please help

OK.... So I have a phone with a mind of its own. Every day it seems to have 1 more thing going wrong. Reboots when I try to unlock... Camera flash not working.... Makes another random call while on the phone talking...apps not working properly. Long story short.... Should I just wipe this thing to factory settings? If so.... Please explain best way to do so. Also, I don't want to lose data/apps/contacts.... I have titanium backup and have made a nandroid backup.... What is the best way to restore phone to what I have now? Will restoring back everything bring back the problems with it?

Wipe data/Factory reset.
always good to start fresh.

I use sms backup +
Saves sms and call log on sd card and gmail
You can just restore just data with cwm backup, may need to fix permissions from cwm or rom manager/tool box
