Stupid Apple/MAC destroyed my U-verse network!!!
I just got U-verse and I am having the same problem. Well, not at first... everything worked fine the first few days, my D1 connected just fine. Then my sister who lives in the other side of my house(duplex) tried connecting her damn iPhone and Mac book Pro to the network.(She doesn't listen to me, took her new stupid Apple fan boy boyfriends advice on getting a damn iPhone and Mac Book, Grrrrr!!!!) lol. Now my everything is jacked up. I "tried" to work on the macs to get them to connect, and everything on them is intermittent, b/c of some stupid "airport" utility. I don't use Mac, never will because they suck ass.
Now my Droid just cycles "obtaining IP address", connecting, Disabled. I rebooted phone and RG, deleted all remembered connections on phone and RG.
Found a few articles that suggest Apple's Airport utilitity doesn't play well with 2wire, Belkin, or any RG for that matter except Apple's Airport router. These Apple fan boys have the gall to flame 2wire on these articles for not catering to "Almighty Apple", when it is Apple that should play nice with the existing standards, or at least be backward compatible if they "believe" they have better technology.
In short: Maybe the Apple/MAC issue is separate from the Droid issue, more trouble shooting ahead, but if anyone gets this issue too or finds the problem/solution please post/comment
