Every time I connect to any network mine, my neighbors, anyones network it will say obtaining ip address and that's it im not too tech savvy but it should connect after 5-10 min right? I put in my wep key and yes the networks work with ipads iphones and laptops.
After a couple of min it will connect to the network then disable automatically after connecting and the start the whole process over again
