Having issues.....

I used a RZ kernel and suffered bootloops. Now I can't access my recovery, it just shows me the Motorola "M", then shuts off, and boots up normally. I just cant access recovery and I don't know how. If anyone has a remedy, feel free to reply. Thanks.
