G'Zone memory problems

Please help! I have a Casio Gzone and it keeps telling me my phone memory is getting low. I've moved everything I can to the card, but still have the problem. Is there any way to do a reboot and get back to the way it was when it was new?

if you want it the way it was when it was new, go to settings/privacy/factory data reset WARNING this will remove all data, pictures, etc NOT stored on the sd card.
