Group texting issue

We have a group of friends that we are trying to setup a group text with...one of the users has an S4 on TMobile and when she receives a text from one of the rest of us (RAZR or iPhone 4S on Verizon for example), it appears to only come from one of us and she can't see the rest of the people and reply back to the group.

Suggestions ?

I wonder if it is a Verizon to T-Mobile thing. I get Group Conversations all the time and I can see the entire list of recipients on my Verizon S4 and respond to the Group, but everyone I know is on Verizon. I can't imagine the messaging app being different on various carriers S4's.
