Green Power App messed my phone up

I had Green Power app on my phone, so that the 3g would turn off when the screen is off to save. I un-installed the app and my phone is is still acting the same way and the 3g is turning off when the screen is off.

Anyone have ideas on how to fix this?

I would reinstall the app put it back to stock settings then uninstall it again. Also have you rebooted your phone since uninstalling it?
