"GPS Signal Lost" audio voice notification

In the past day or so, I have started to get an audio voice notification "GPS Signal Lost".

This seems to have started out of the blue. I haven't changed settings on the phone in any way. I don't think any new app updates I applied would do this (I went into all the recent updates and can't find anything in release notes or in the settings).

I am not going to new locations / places where the GPS would be unavailable - same daily routine.

Any ideas?

Nope... 3G/4G and WiFi...

I got a Yelp update the other day... and I am looking around there to see if maybe that is causing an issue.
