Gps functionality...joke

All of a sudden my Gps is just not working for any app that uses it. Also, for some reason whenever I startup my phone I get a warning message letting me know that at least one location service is enabled. And it still pops up even know I click "never warn"

Have you tried restarting the phone? If that doesn't work try a factory reset. If all else fails use the warranty.
