Stupid warnings for gps location access.

How do you get rid of the location access warnings when you restart your phone. Not rooted TB. It has an option to never warn, but no matter how many times I select never warn it still shows up.

I don't know, I've never received that warning. I'm running stock as well.

When i installed the latest update I got the same warning. I hit don't warn me again and it hasn't to this date done it again.
