Got the phone at 11AM, scratched screen by 4PM. Dissapointed

Ah, don't wonder why it's said that motorola has the best build quality followed by HTC. I've had my bionic since day 1 and love it. No scratches and NO SCREEN PROTECTOR. That's why I'm waiting for the RAZR hd.

Almost every smartphone uses the same manufacturer now.

I always use screen protectors on my phones look for spigen there some of the best I have the ultra optics on my s3

No it's not a a wet application. It's the static cling type, now this is what I do before installing, go to the bathroom turn on the showers hot water let it run with a closed door, the steam reduces microscopic particles floating in the air, but if you do get lint underneath just do this and it works like a charm. Wash your hands first. Get the sponge you wash the dishes with and use jet dry dishwashing liquid, it leaves no hard water residue, place film on your palm top bottom side the side that will go on the screen and wash it with the sponge with jet dry liquid, rinse well, now place on phone and lining it up, once lined up and set, use a card to squeegee all the excess water from beneath the protector " make sure phone is off while doing this", have done this many times and it works like a charm with no bubbles ever, the reason you get bubbles that never go away is because of that fine lint that traps itself below the protector. You can also do this with the Zagg, make sure the top of the screen is moist while using the squeegee. And your hands are washed with soap,

This may work well, but be careful bringing your phone into a steamy environment. I've heard of water damage indicators turning red simply by being exposed to excess humidity, and if this happens, your warranty on your brand new device is toast.

As for the scratching, there is always the possibility that Samsung uses some sort of anti-glare or oleophobic coating on top of the Gorilla Glass, which likely isn't even close to being as hard as the glass itself. So the "scratch" may actually have been a spot where this coating was damaged.

A steamy environment while phone is off will do nothing to it.

I read their website which is why i asked the question. As there is no picture to go with it, I still don't have an answer. I understand that many of the protectors are thin on the sides because of the way the glass sits flush. Others i have seen stop just above the hard key at the bottom. Does the S3 require a slightly smaller fit?
I understand Clarivue's intentions are to cover as much as possible. So how much is possible on the S3?
Thanks.

What case is that looks cool

Even tho they say they use gorilla glass I still thank its different then what Moto uses. I work in a machine shop and my OG Droid and Bionic has seen my work up in down and country life of being in the dirt all the time and have yet to scratch either but when I had the Nexus for a bit I put a fine scratch on it in no time.
