google voice action/voice search

youll have to pardon me for being so clueless as to how to get a google made app on an android phone but I am having trouble finding the download to the google voice actions/voice search app (the one that lets you search for music and send texts via voice) I tried the loink google gave me but it did not work. (I got 404'd) halp please?

just go to market and search "voice search", download the one that says google as the devloper
