Google search engine not responding

Hello,

I have a galaxy S 3. Software is up-to-date. About a month ago my Google Search Engine stopped working with my internet app. It does not respond when I hit the search icon, images, etc. Just sits. It will work if I clear the cache, but only temporarily...maybe 4 searches...then stops responding again. Other search engines (bing, yahoo) work fine.

Anyone know how I might resolve this?
