I like Nova Launcher, it looks exactly like the stock ICS launcher but with more features.

I'll have to try that out... the only launcher I liked was Launcher Pro.

Nova isn't special...just good and functional. It is basically a stock launcher with a couple of bells and whistles. Oh...and it removes the search bar.

You can also root as others have said...and then load Nova back up anyway...because it works.
