Google Play Movies And TV App Broken On Verizon?

I have the Google Play Movies app installed on my Nexus 7 and stream my library over WiFi with no problem. This app is cool and I wanted to try it out on my phone. I installed it to my Rezound and my library streams fine over WiFi but over 4g I get a "cannot play error 31".

Anyone know if Verizon is blocking streaming of this app or is something broken with my account maybe?

Check settings in the app. There is a down load and streaming on wifi only option. Make sure it is set for cell network
