That honor goes to the Mississippi state flag. Though I've heard rumors that they're wanting give the Confederate Battle Flag some extra flair by tastefully adding a Swastika and middle finger along side it on the state flag as well.

But in all seriousness...is this the 1990's all over again? I remember being a kid and every action oriented cartoon had both police and bad guys always using "lasers" instead of a firearm.
