Google contact synch issues

I tried the suggestion but that wasn't quite the issue. When I had the Charge and saved a number I used something called google sych, I guess it didn't sych the numbers to my google.com account. When I got the phone I guess it syched with my google contacts but again, the newer numbers I had when I got the charge and started using google synch are not on my google.com account. They must be with that google synch app but the app is not available for the RAZR I guess. I hope this explanation helps and any ideas to my issue. thanks
