Synch exchange contacts with google contacts

I have got myself in a contact pickle.

My RAZR imported and joined my corporate exchange and google contacts.
The result is contacts with large number of duplicate datainside. One never knows in update which database I'd updated.

is there someway to synch Ms exchange contacts and google contacts ? I see a lot of discussion but no solutions presented on the www.

Have you tried going into Gmail and merge and/or delete duplicate contacts and see if that fixes your issues?
