Just saw this on Engadget, looks like Google is going to own Motorola's Mobility business.

So Motorola phones should receive updates faster in the future, and should be the first to have the latest and greatest OS. To make it a perfect situation all Moto has to do is unlocked all the bootloaders!

Remove moto-blur and replace with Aosp
Faster updates
Unlocked bootloaders
Removal of bloatware
