I used the Motorola flashlight app for my droid 1. I have noticed it does not work too well on my droid 3. What ones are you all using?

Tesla LED, free from the market.

I don't like to use widgets when I don't have to. With this app you can set it to turn on the LED when the app launches so a simple icon on the home screen will turn on the light. Also has other features like Morse code, etc.

Doesn't ask for crazy permissions either.

Check out the permissions. I don't need my flashlight to require internet access, modify storage, and know my identity.

I did check the permissions for TinyFlashlight and also read the description where he explains the use of those permissions.

Thanks for the heads-up with Tesla.

Maybe someone has a direct connection to the developers of SwitchPro or Extended Controls. They could update their widgets to support the Droid 3 Flash. That would be awesome!
