Going to Mexico, International text block??

Hey I'm going to Mexico and I know it's more for text messages, even received.

Is there a way to block these until I come back?

Is there possibly a program? Because the Verizon tech said if I put a block on, I will NEVER get them, and I would like to have them come in when I get back.

call someone and get the international plan while you are over there, they should pro rate it for you.
