Going from Clockwork to SPRecovery?

Ok, so I started out having SPRecovery on my phone, but then I accidently got Clockwork on instead, and now I want to go back, would I just follow the steps I used to get SPRecovery on? Use RSD Lite, etc?

Open ROM Manager and Near the bottom is Flash Alternate Recovery, As of today this will flash SPRecovery 0.99.3b back on your phone.

Download rom manager at the bottom is a choice to install sprecovery
