Going back to stock

Hi i was wondering how do i go back to stock?, like back to froyo, no rom, theme, and root. I totally forgot how to do it... ><

If you made a backup before flashing the rom then its as simple as restoring your backup in clockwork. If you don't have a backup then you will need to either sbf or find a system only sbf that can be flashed in clockwork.
