Go SMS not showing notifications and sending multiple messages

So I have been using go sms for the bit and I really like it. It looks great and the features and customisation is awesome. However sometimes I don't get the notification until I open the app itself. Also I get a lot of double messages from people randomly. Anyone else get these problems or is that just a common thing that plagues the app?

Really? Does no one else use this app? Or am I the only person getting the problem? I guess it's back to Handcent for now.

Same here. Sometimes I do not get the text at all. And, the recipient at times doesn't get them.

I am having the same problem with Handcent. If I "X" out the notification pop window, I lose the entire text - it doesnt go to the thread. Also I get the same message 2-3 times in a row from each incoming text.


Wonder if it isn't "GO" or "Handcent" just a system issue??

I have received a lot of double messages and I don't get any notifications when a pic message is sent with my Droid X2. I didn't have any of these issues with the Samsung Gem with OS 2.1.
