GMail Password app?

Hi All,

I'm very new to this and learning. I got the Dorid 2 and I'm hooked! First question I have is.. Is there an app or a way I can p/w protect my gmail? As it stands now, you just touch the widget and the email is displayed. I don't want anyone to have easy access to my gmail.

Actually I don't think there is. The only thing I can think of is to officially sign out of the Gmail app, then use the browser and navigate to the Gmail website
