Gmail delete multiple at once

Hello
New to the ANDROID but not new to GMAIL have used it for many years.

Is there any way on the GMAIL PHONE APP to select ALL emails for deletion instead of tapping each one then hitting DELETE?

On my milestone they show a check box to the left of each message and I can select several to delete at once.

Log in via a PC.....Or use the browser on the device to log into the full site.

I wish they'd add "un/select all". Tapping each msg when I want to manipulate the whole label gets old fast. I do 99% of my email from my phone and accessing the full site from it is less than ideal.

It's a great app. I just want more. Lol
