Glitch

My wife's stratosphere has an odd glitch. After pressing on an app it will sometimes go to a flashing black screen with some text on top of screen that is unreadable cause it is flashing so fast. I hit home key and it backs out fine. So far this is only thing wrong I have noticed but she's only had it a couple of days. Any one else had this occur?

Apparently no one owns a stratosphere on these forums. Anyway, I did factory reset on it and it hasn't happened since. Here's hoping that did the trick.

My wife owns one, but hasn't complained about that yet. I will have her keep an eye out for that.
