give contacts different ringtones?

I could have sworn I had a few different ringtones set for different contacts (wife, kids, etc.) but after the 2.1 & the recent update they all have the default ring tone and I can't find in any of the menus a place to assign a ringtone to a contact.

Was it in there with 1.5 and taken out with 2.1 or did I just forget where to look for it?

To assign different ringtones to individual contacts:

• On your PHONE, go to your "Contacts"
• Select the contact that you want to change the ringtone for.
• Scroll down to "Information"
• Select "Ringtone"
• You select which ringtone you want for that contact and voila! Custom ringtone.

I do this for all family members and friends. That way, I know who's calling without having to look at the phone. I use "Who Can It Be Now?" as my default PHONE ringtone.
