Girlfriends phone wont sbf to stock

I put the gingerbread leak on my girlfriends phone so that she could enjoy the awesomeness. However, recently, it has been acting crazy on her. I have tried twice now with two different files to sbf back to stock so that she could have it the way it is but for some reason it is not working. On the bootloader screen, it says

OK to Program

I really have no clue what to do. I dont want to have to tell her that I cant fix it... someone have any ideas or know whats going on with her x?

It probably is karma. Never mes with the girls phone. Just asking for bad juju.

My guess is a bad sbf file. After locating one that is legitimate, it may take a couple tries. My DX took 4 times of repeating the same process before it took.

So redoing it actually helps? Like, the outcome could be different another time as opposed to the first one? And Im trying... she keeps asking hwhat is going on and I keep saying that Im just trying to figure it out
