Welcome to the Forum.

I did a search and can not find 4.4.2 for your phone. Most likely not available.

I see GSM A was no help either. Perhaps you need to contact the phone manufacturer for instructions.

Well, have your tired going to the settings and check for the update ??? I am sure if you are thinking of manually updating your device i.e a user will upload the ... and you'll flash the... in this case you need to root your device and your warranty may get void rather than asking from users contact the Gionee support seeking the update. I am sure if you go to the setting and navigate yourself to the system updates>check for updates you are going to get an idea about the availability of the update.
