Since many are familiar with the tools and packages, I thought I would inform the majority here, that the new SDK for KitKat 4.4 is being distributed to all that have current platforms on their machines.
My SDK is being updated as I type this.

Since I am actually a noob, I am still uber-excited I will be able to tinker with the latest and greatest, unlike those others folks in fruit-land.
I had to take a shot of the SDK streaming into my HDD.

If you think about it, the ability to use top end development software as it is released, is a huge advantage for everybody, and those that prefer to lock down their entire business model, never get to find the joy of being able to bring such a global network of creativity to a single platform that benefits us all, and we all have the same ability to earn a living from it as well, so nobody actually loses out, and it opens doors to even more development.

After your SDK update finishes, close and open Eclipse, and check for updates in the help menu, as you will need the ADT updates to function with the new 4.4 SDK updates. Redundant? Possibly.

No ADT updates are currently available.
If you have the latest Eclipse files, you should be good to go.
