Gingerbread One Touch Root for Droid X???? Gingerbreak

I have been waiting for a way to enjoy the new gingerbread, but rooted. I know that there is a version of Gingerbread you can install that is already rooted, but i was more or less waiting for a one touch like the Z4 Root app. I stumbled upon the link below, which shows the guy doing it to his phone. The only issue i have with it is that I cant find any other info on it, except for this website and video. Has anyone else used this? Before I do it to my ohone, it would be nice to hear others experiences with the Gingerbreak app.

gingerbreak only works if your on one of the leaked gb builds it wont work on the offical OTA because of the locked bootloader.
