gingerbread on droid 2

Will gingerbread ever come to droid 2? i have been looking around and i cant find any information that is from this month and was wondering if it has been announced or leaked. thanks.

yes the gingerbread build was leaked at the end of last month and the general consensus is that it should be out officially eventually. hopefully before summer.
