getting rid of superuser 2.0 on my 2.2os

This maybe a stupid question but since my phone was upgraded to 2.2 my phone isn't rooted anymore and I want to get rid of the superuser 2.0 that I have because I need to brind my phone in for warranty purpose can anyone help me?
