Getting replacement- what should I make sure to do on the old one?

Verizon is sending me a replacement. They told me I just need to move my current SIM card and micro sd card to the replacment. What else should I make sure to do so I don't leave any personal info and data on the one I'm returning? Also, I've put as many apps on the sd card but what about the apps that can't move over? Will I just have to redownload those from the Market? Is there an easy way to know which ones those are?
Thanks for the input!

Well the apps you actually purchased will automatically download once you log onto your gmail account. The free ones if you can save them to sd card that would help. I also would do a backup using "mybackup Pro" and then restore on new device.

Do a factory reset on the old phone after you have everything transferred and/or backuped. That will delete all personal information. I actually take pictures of my app drawer, so I don't forget about any apps. The app backup programs seem to mess with my phone.
